The house was beautiful but in dire need of major repair. Emily was incredibly versed in old homes. We knew it would be a challenging real estate transaction. Emily was there for us every step of the way. She didn’t flinch when walking us through the steps of inspections for an antique home. The valuation of the house was also complicated. In addition, the ownership of the house was shared among several people. It couldn’t get much more complicated than that.
